Ever wondered if you can make vegan scrambled eggs? Of course you can! You just need a few key ingredients = firm tofu, Himalayan black salt, black pepper and turmeric. First you chop the tofu into chunks, then crumble with a fork. Heat some oil in a pan, then throw in the tofu, plus the rest of the ingredients - and what do you have? Scrambled eggs - vegan style!
