Four-star hotel The Cavendish, located in the heart of Mayfair in London, is launching a special vegan menu to celebrate Veganuary.
The menu will be available for guests in January in the hotel’s fine dining Petrichor Restaurant.
The guests will be able to choose from a selection of three dishes per course to give them plenty of amazing dishes to try.
The starters include Jerusalem Artichoke Soup, Dukkha Tofu Salad and Beetroot Cannelloni. Among the main dishes, there are Spiced Smoked Aubergine, Texture of Cauliflower and Spinach and Corn Dumplings.
Diners can also choose from a special selection of vegan desserts, including a Chocolate and Raspberry Ganache, Coconut Panna Cotta, and a choice of vegan ice creams.
The restaurant prepared a wide selection of vegan wines to accompany delicious dishes.
In an article published by Vegan Food & Living, Nitin Pawar, Head Chef at The Cavendish London, said:
“I have a simple food philosophy: to create contemporary seasonal dishes using fresh and sustainable produce, locally grown where possible."
“I like to take inspiration from food and cultural trends, so with the rise of veganism in recent years, I am delighted to be able to launch a menu completely free of animal products. We created the Veganuary menu to offer everyone an opportunity to enjoy a plant-based fine dining experience.”
