Scotland's leading pie brand Bells is answering its customers' requests with a launch of a vegan version of Scotch Pie.
Bells which sells close to half a million of its iconic Scotch pies every week, is now entering the vegan market for the first time.
The new vegan pastry has all the great flavour of iconic Bell's pie but is meat-free and is made entirely from plant-based ingredients.
Managing Director, Ronnie Miles, told Daily Record: "Bells is part of everyday life in Scotland and has been for many decades. This new addition to our family mirrors all that is great about our scotch pie in a vegan format. It has taken time to develop as we wanted to produce a vegan pie which customers will love just as much as the original. It is a great addition to the range."
