Tempeh is an Indonesian miracle food made from nothing but cultured soybeans and water. It is naturally packed with protein and fibre, has a firm bite and is one of your five a day. Guided by Better Nature's Indonesian roots and seasoned with only a handful of flavour-boosting oils and spices, this Tempeh Mince is so good you’ll be stirring it into all your favourite Bolognese, chilli and nachos dishes.

COOK IN A SAUCE: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the bites and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
