Dairy free milk chocolate bar with mint crème and 54% cacao.
Pure mint oil is added to the chocolate in this case, and a mint creme filling gives it an added refreshing dimension. A firm favourite amongst many.
The packaging is fully plastic free and compostable too!
The outer packaging is printed with vegetable-based ink on FSC-certified board using wind-powered printing machines.
Their cacao butter and cacao powder are produced from the finest organic Criollo beans and come from a Fairtrade-certified co-op in Peru via Direct Trade to their kitchen in Dublin
Handmade in small batches by Chocolatey Clare, a one-woman business.
Chocolate (97%) [Organic Cold-pressed Cacao Butter (38%), Organic Raw Unrefined Cane Sugar, Organic Cold-pressed Cacao Powder (16%), Organic Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Vanilla Powder, Peppermint Oil (<1%)], Mint Creme (6%) (Organic Sugar, Water, Peppermint Oil).
