EASY BEAN continues its mission to create delicious ways to enjoy beans, peas and lentils with the launch of a new Bean & Seed Cracker Range.
Handmade with different pulse flours, the range is gluten-free, dairy -free and uses 100% natural ingredients.
On the pulse and on trend, the crackers are suitable for vegans as well as offering a healthy, savoury snack.
The range of three: Fava Bean & Poppy Seed, Green Pea & Chia Seed and Red Lentil & Poppy Seed are made with flours milled from pulses that provide a source of plant protein which is typically more than double the protein found in wholemeal wheat flour.
RED LENTIL & POPPY SEED
A savoury cracker with a hint of sweetness and a crunchy texture; baked to a light red colour that is speckled with poppy seed. Good for dipping into hummus or any vegetable dip.
