Tempeh is a traditional Indonesisan dish made from fermented soybeans. We call it “Indonesian Gold”, because it’s amazingly healthy and incredibly delicious. You can also fry tempeh perfectly golden-brown. Plain tempeh can be used in many dishes.
Tempeh is nutritionally valuable, as the mould breaks down the beans proteins, making the tempeh especially agreeable. Tempeh has very high levels of protein and fibre and is perfct food, not just for athletes.
This delicious tempeh comes from the company Tofutown. Tofutown has been lovingly making delicious veggie organic products for 30 years and is thus one of the revolutionaries from the very beginning.
