Balham Blue is inspired by Shropshire Blue. Beautifully coated and veined with Penicillium Roqueforti mould, its fragrant blue notes are balanced with vibrant annatto to deliver a mild and smooth vegan blue cheese experience. Best enjoyed on crackers, with classic accompaniments like apple slices and walnuts!
Coconut oil, almonds, nutritional yeast, tapioca flour, miso paste (soy), annatto, vegan cultures (gluten), salt. Prepared in a facility that also handles other nuts, gluten, soya and mustard.
