Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal with cling film, refrigerate and eat within 7 days.
To microwave: These reheat instructions are guidelines only, as all microwaves vary. Place film sealed pudding into a microwave and heat on full power for 3 minutes (800w).
To steam or boil: Place film sealed pudding into a steamer or saucepan filled to two thirds with boiling water. Steam for 1.5 hours.
Serving: Once cooked, remove film lid and silicon disc. Invert basin onto plate and allow to stand for 2 minutes before turning out.
