Microwave from chilled: 2 1/2 mins (800W/900W).

Remove film, stir, re-cover.

Heat for a further 1 1/2 mins (800W)/ 1 min (900W).

Leave to stand for 1 minute after heating. Please ensure food is piping hot before eating.
