These vegan Cantucci, also known as ‘biscotti’ (Italian for ‘twice-cooked’), are hand-made in the heartland of Tuscany with the best sustainably-sourced ingredients. The artisanal biscottificio follows the original recipe invented in Prato during the Middle Ages, with simple modifications to contribute to a better planet. This is what makes these Cantucci so unique and distinctive.
With their perfect crunch on the outside and irresistibly tender flavoursome centre, these Cantucci are perfect for dunking in tea or coffee, or enjoyed at the end of a meal, dipped in a glass of Vin Santo.
Wheat flour, Raw brown sugar, Soya drink (water, soybeans, sugar, salt), Almonds (15.3%), Shea butter, Sunflower oil, Water, Emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Raising agents: sodium diphosphates and sodium carbonates, Natural flavouring, Concentrated lemon juice, Natural vanilla flavouring.
