What is Activation?

Did you know that nuts are “sleeping"?

Nuts can be a terrific nutrient-packed snack, even more so when prepared properly.

To promote sprouting and bring out their full range of nutrients, our nuts are soaked overnight in purified water infused with sea salt. This delicate process stimulates the production of natural enzymes that aid in healthy digestion. Activating each nut also removes the natural toxins (phytic acid and aflatoxins) whilst increasing the amount of vitamins A, B & C available for uptake by the body.

After activation, Rawsophy's almonds are slowly dried at 45℃ to keep all essential nutrients intact.

This painstaking process ensures that nutritional content is preserved throughout the whole process.

The result is almonds with a taste and texture that is delicious and crunchy, similar to a good roasted almond, yet way more healthy!
