This unique vegetable cuisine can be prepared easily and tastes temptingly sweet and delicious. Its unbelievably long-lasting stability makes it the perfect choice for decorating sweet dishes - even for professional users.
Once prepared, the froth can be frozen without problems and served as ice cream or sherbet: create vegan ice cream without effort.
Use it just like conventional froth. But to get optimal results we recommend processing the product at 5 – 8°C. Therefore, you should put it in the refrigerator some hours before use. The product can otherwise be stored at room temperature.
