Made with Slab Bakery's original recipe winter tipple, it’s packed with fruit and has the soft aromatic flavours of mulled gin and Christmas spices.
Sultanas (35%) (sultanas, sunflower oil), demerara unrefined sugar, gluten free crumbs (rice flour, water, dextrose monohydrate, vegetable fibre ( E471), cider (Sulphur Dioxide), mixed peel (orange peel, lemon peel, corn syrup, salt, citric acid (Sulphur Dioxide)), gluten free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato, thickener: xanthan gum), mulled gin (min 8%, gin, natural spices), molasses, corn syrup (Sulphur Dioxide) vegetable glycerine, natural mixed spices, food colouring (E150) salt, citric acid (potassium sorbate, lemon flavouring).

As appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. For the perfect pudding please allow enough cooking and resting time.
To steam: Remove all packaging including film. Place in suitable container with lid on. Place in a steam over boiling water, or use a saucepan and place the container on an upturned dish. Add boiling water half way up the container, steam with the lid on for 1 hour, top up boiling water as needed. Do not allow to boil dry.
To microwave: Remove product from carton and pierce film. Place on a suitable microwavable container and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Then, leave to stand for a further 2 minutes before serving. Take care when removing the film as the product will be piping hot. Cooking time is based on a 700 watt microwave. For other models adjust times according to manufacturer instructions.
