Suitable for veggies and vegans, this mix is quick and easy to make; just add water, form into sausage shapes, and whack them on the barbecue. Alternatively, should the weather change, you can always shallow fry them instead!

Keep in a cool dry place and once opened store in an airtight container.
Suggestions for use: Use 350g to 600ml of cold water, mix well and form into sausage shapes. For best results shallow fry gently in a little oil until golden brown. Try adding chopped vegetables, herbs and spices for a variety of alternative flavours. Makes approx. 8 sausages.
