An evening cup of TEA+ Sleep Vitamin Tea is a calming bed time mix of passion flower, magnesium, rooibos, chamomile, lavender and vitamin c. Magnesium helps to maintain desirable amounts of GABA, a neurotransmitter that encourages deep sleep.
Rooibos leaves (30%), Magnesium Citrate, Apple fruit pieces, Lemon balm leaves, German Chamomile flowers (10%), Natural Flavouring, Cinnamon Root, Lavender flowers (4%), Vitamin C, Passionflower (1%).
*Passion flower contributes to normal sleep.
