Store in a cool dry place.
Oven cook: tip contents into an oven-proof dish with 1 litre plant milk. Stir. Cook at 150C or Gas 3. Check consistency is to your liking after 75 minutes. The top should be brown and the pudding soft set. Return to oven if not fully done and cook till soft-set.
