Store in a cool, dry and dark place at ambeint temperature.
For soft stir-fry noodles, simply soak, drain and serve with your other stir-fried ingredients.
For a crispier finish, add a little oil and return to the wok with your other ingredients until heated through. The noodles don't soak up much oil and remain lightly textured and pliable without any sogginess. Just make sure you keep the wok hot!
