Ingredients

Ingredients:

1/2 Avocado
lime juice • 1 tsp
black pepper • 1 pinch
sesame seeds (or other) • 1 tsp

Steps

Method:

In a small bowl, mash ½ a medium avocado with a squeeze of lime and black pepper.

Spread on 2 slices of wholemeal toast and sprinkle 1tsp of your choice of seeds over the top (I like to use nigella seeds and mixed seeds).

You can also add a sprinkle of nutritional yeast if you like.
