Rich and creamy but light and healthy - what a combination.

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana
1 Avocado (chilled)
2 The Coconut Collaborative Little Choc Pots
Almond Milk (adjust depending on texture) • 100 ml
Cacao Powder • 5 tbsp
Cacao Nibs (to decorate) • 1 pinch
Strawberries (to decorate) • 3 pinches
Vegan Chocolate Sauce • 1 dash

Steps

Blend all of the mousse ingredients together (with half of the milk) in your food processor until smooth. Add the rest of the milk in slowly until it is a mousse-like texture (this will depend on the ripeness and size of the avocado).

Fill cups or glasses with the mousse, sprinkle with the cacao powder and nibs and if you’re feeling extra fancy, top it with vegan chocolate sauce and a strawberry!
