This incredibly simple snack is deliciously healthy & low calorie making it the perfect VEGANUARY snack. 😋 The perfect Middle Eastern twist on a French classic.
Toast the pitta bread (either in the oven for five minutes at gas mark 7 or in the toaster).
Take the lid off the Cuzena dip and microwave for 1.5/2 minutes (until hot) or slowly warm in a pan.
Chop up the celery and carrots.
Arrange on your plate around the dip and sprinkle with some spring onion!
