SO simple these soft, sweet cookies are ideal for a high fibre brekkie... we like ours spread with CHOC POT

Ingredients

1 cup fine oatmeal flour
1 cup Sweet Freedom LIGHT SYRUP

Steps

Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a cookie tray with baking paper.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Form into small balls and place on baking tray, press down on each ball slightly to flatten.

Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden. Best served warm!
