Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your oats, CHOC POT, and FRUIT SYRUP OR LIGHT SYRUP and mix until fully combined.
Lightly wet your hands and form the dough into 12 small balls.
Place the balls on the lined plate and press each one into a cookie shape.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until they have firmed up.
