Vegan Pizza Pockets Margarita Style
1. preheat oven to 220° Celsius 2. Roll out 1. pack of pizza dough - or, in case of homemade dough, half of the dough - rectangularly. 3. Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with herbs, salt, grated cheese. 4. Roll out 2. Pack of pizza dough, resp. 2. half of pizza dough rectangularly & lay on first pizza dough. 5. cut out pumpkins with pumpkin cookie cutter. 6. place on a baking tray covered with baking paper & bake for 10 minutes on the second lower groove of the oven. Tip: Bake a calzone or pizza bread from the remaining dough.
