All you need is just 4 simple ingredients to make these healthy and gluten-free cookies!
Preheat oven to 170C.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl mix together the banana, CHOC SHOT Salted Caramel and oats.
Fold in the chopped pecans.
Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Leave to cool on the tray before enjoying.
