Enjoy this fresh salad on hot summer days barbecues with grilled plant-based burger!

Ingredients

Salad

Fresh Baby Spinach • 4 cups
Strawberries • 250 g
Nuts (optional: pecan, sunflowers, walnut or pine) • 100 g
Tofu • 200 g
Fresh Mint • 1 cup

Dressing

Olive Oil • 3-5 tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar • 2 tbsp
Agave • 1 tbsp
Salt • 1-2 pinches
Freshly Ground Black Pepper • 1-2 pinches

Steps

Method

Wash the the baby spinach leaves and place them on a large salad plate.

Wash and cut the strawberries in quarters. Add them on top of the spinach.

Cut tofu in small cubes and add them on top of strawberries.

Cut the preferred nuts and add them on top of your salad.

Add dressing on top of it and sprinkle with fresh mint leaves. Serve it during hot summer days paired with plant-based meat burger straight from the barbecue.

Dressing

In a small jar combine olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and agave. Shake well for a few seconds. Ready!
