Kitsch kitchen fun with your little devils this Halloween!

Ingredients

cupcakes

150g oat flour (blitz porridge oats in a blender until fine)⁠
120g Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT
30g melted vegan butter
120ml plant based milk⁠
1 tsp baking powder

icing

6 tsp Sweet Freedom CHOC POT chocolate spread
⁠12 spooky eyes
for sprinkling desiccated coconut

Steps

Preheat oven to 180° C.⁠

Add all cupcake ingredients into a bowl and mix together well.⁠

Spoon into 6 cupcake cases.⁠

Bake for 16-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.⁠

Allow to cool.⁠ ⁠

Ice with CHOC POT chocolate spread... add eyes, sprinkle with desiccated coconut and take a BITE!!!
