Ingredients

OmniPork Mince • 230 g
Tofu (diced) • 230 g
Enoki Mushroom (chopped) • 200 g
Shiitake Mushroom (shredded) • 95 g
A handful of Coriander Leaves
Potato Starch • 2 tbsp
Water • 100 ml

Sauce

Cooking Oil • 2 tsp
White Pepper Powder • 1 pinch

Seasoning

Mushroom Powder • 1 tsp
Salt • 1 pinch
Sesame Oil • 2 tsp

Pour marinade sauce into OmniPork and mix it up well, set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry OmniPork until slightly brown, set aside. Then, pan-fry Shiitake mushroom and Enoki mushroom separately until soft.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and add vegetarian mushroom powder, diced tofu, Enoki mushroom and Shiitake mushroom.

Mix potato starch and water and add into the pot. Cook until slightly thickens, then gently add/stir in OmniPork to the soup.

Season with salt and sesame oil, then garnish with coriander leaves.
