Light breakfast option for everyone! Feel free to add more nuts or seeds for more nutrition!


Sproud Original • 300 ml
rolled oats • 150 g
chia seeds • 2 tsp
Sproud Vanilla protein powder • 2 tbsp
1/2 lemon juiced and zested
fresh raspberries • 1/2 cups



Add all ingredients to a glass jar and mix with a spoon. Put a lid on and leave in the fridge overnight


Serve with fresh raspberries for your breakfast or snack!
