Gluten free and deliciously low in calories they're the perfect halo intact diet snack

Ingredients

3 tbsp ground flaxseed
4 tbsp water
4 tbsp Sweet Freedom CHOC SHOT Coconut
8 tbsp shredded coconut
5 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp⁠⁠ oat flour

Steps

Stir the flaxseed, CHOC SHOT Coconut and water together in a large mixing bowl.⁠

Add remaining ingredients, and stir until well-combined (add more oat flour if your dough is still sticky)⁠.⁠

Wrap up and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.⁠

Preheat oven to 180C, line baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.⁠

​Roll dough into 15 equal-sized balls, place on baking sheet, and push down to flatten the bottom.⁠

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until slightly firm to the touch (they will firm up a bit more as they cool)⁠.⁠

Serve with an extra drizzle of your favourite CHOC SHOT.
