Gluten free and deliciously low in calories they're the perfect halo intact diet snack
Stir the flaxseed, CHOC SHOT Coconut and water together in a large mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, and stir until well-combined (add more oat flour if your dough is still sticky).
Wrap up and refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180C, line baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.
Roll dough into 15 equal-sized balls, place on baking sheet, and push down to flatten the bottom.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until slightly firm to the touch (they will firm up a bit more as they cool).
Serve with an extra drizzle of your favourite CHOC SHOT.
